FAQ's

How much do your services cost?

It's not always that simple to ballpark a price--but give our office a call and we'll be able to send out someone to give you a free estimate after looking the situation over. This applies to all work that we do, our lawn application prices are based off of the size of your lawn. For more information, you can reach us at 920.885.6982.

Will the tree work damage my lawn?

We work around weather conditions to ensure that your lawn remains undamaged. Winter tree trimming is suggested--not only is the ground frozen to prevent lawn ruts, but you can also inspect your trees easier with the leaves off. If conditions are too wet, we'll hold off until the time is right to be able to do the work without damage.

Is weed control put down with every lawn application?

The fertilizer/pre-emergent and late fall fertilizer (winterizer) lawn applications have no weed control put down with them. Although the first has a pre-emergent for crabgrass, it's not defined as a post-emergent weed control. It simply prevents the germination of crabgrass when the summer comes and crabgrass starts to sprout. The winterizer is only a fertilizer put down at a slightly higher rate to aid in spring recovery the following year. Both applications are put on at a time of year that broadleaf weed control is ineffective (too cool of temperatures). We also offer fertilizer only applications, with no weed control, if desired.

Do you also mow lawns?

No, we do not offer mowing services. If you would like a referral, you are welcome to call the office.
